We are experienced in dealing with elderly clients. Our service model allows us to cater for elderly clients in a way that traditional law firms are not able to.

We are experienced in advising clients on mental capacity issues - whether in respect of taking an elderly client’s will and/or enduring powers of attorney instructions or advising a family member on whether their elderly relative had capacity at a relevant time.

We assist clients with purchase of an occupational rights licence in a retirement village, application for retirement village subsidy or a loan.

We also advise clients in respect of enduring powers of attorney, including its activation, the attorney’s obligations, review of attorney’s actions and so on.
